Ayurveda is a system of medicine with historical roots in India.
The main classical Ayurvedic texts begins with the transmission of medical knowledge from the Gods to the sages and then to human physicians.

Typically based on complex herbal compounds, minerals and metals. Ayurvedic medicines are considered pseudoscientific or proto science or trans science. Ayurveda treaties describe three elements i.e. Doshas namely Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
The proper balance between these elements is called good health while imbalance results in illness.
Ayurveda emphasize on following -
1. Balancing doshas is good for health.
2. Suppressing natural urges is unhealthy and leads to illness.
3. Follow proper diet according to season.
